This past weekend, we held our first ever staff offsite. Our vision for this offsite was to get to know each other better and to have some much anticipated and needed time off.
We spent some time discussing our different personality and character traits and talking about how we can best utilize our gifts and talents in the workplace. We also spent time just enjoying each other’s company as we discussed family, friendships, and life in general.
