Medical Evacuations

Today was reset day. We had two vehicles in the shop; then loaded several vans with supplies and sent them to a village that was recently freed from the Russian soldiers. We sent another van with a medical team to northeastern Ukraine to pick up a person who was injured during an evacuation.

We have been getting multiple requests to evacuate patients who were shot, injured in bombings, or simply need some type of medical assistance. Many of these patients are looking for transportation to cities where they can get surgery and have access to more advanced medical care. We have decided to fill that need and are putting together several medical transport teams to make long distance transports with these patients.

In the last forty-eight hours, the Russian troops have withdrawn suddenly from 40-50% of the Ukrainian territory they had previously held. Hundreds of broken, shattered villages and communities have been left in their wake. Many of the residents fled in the last five weeks, and the remaining ones are traumatized and starving. Many of the roads, bridges, and houses are destroyed, and many of these areas have had no contact with the outside world during the last five weeks.

Keep praying for Ukraine. Pray for healing for the people and breakthrough for the nation.
