Hello from Thailand. Last week the kids came back from school break bringing the number of kids from about 150 to well over 500. The exciting “back to school feel” is in the air, but that dissipates quite quickly as children face the reality of being away from their family or relatives for the next 5 months. Feelings of rejection and questions like “why don’t my parents want me?”are very real for many of the children. What a privilege it is to be vessels of Gods love to the least of these.
