Nepal: from a volunteer

We’re seeing some real progress here in Nepal! 🇳🇵

With a few more people joining our team, we’ve been able to move a lot more mud and wash down homes with our pressure washer. It’s a joy to work alongside the local people. Even though communication can sometimes be challenging, we’re enjoying getting to know them and working together.

One man showed me his house, which had several feet of mud throughout it, and told me, “If I had to do this by myself, it would take years!”

Hearing things like that reminds us why we’re here. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to come alongside these families, help with the cleanup, and make life just a little bit easier as they work to rebuild. It’s just a simple baby step toward restoring hope, one home at a time.
