Thailand Update 7/19

One thing about working at the home is the ‘fun’ opportunities we get to be involved in. More recently, one of them has been treating about half of the children for lice. We spent the last three Saturdays treating them and combing out their hair. It has definitely been a more challenging project, but we’ve slowly been able to get it under control.
Since I’ve had personal experiences with getting lice, I can definitely relate to the children and how they felt. That horrible feeling of things crawling through your hair can just about make you want to go crazy! I’m so glad we had the opportunity to treat them and help them find relief.
