Myanmar; Special Memories

One special memory I have is singing with some of the teenagers. We sang our hearts out to “Country Roads Take Me Home.” I was missing my family and my home. It was so special to connect on missing home with new friends on the other side of the world: a similarity yet such a difference. I have a home to go back to in a few weeks, whereas many of them left their homes due to the war or their homes got damaged in the earthquake. There are no country roads to take them home.
My prayer is that they could find Jesus and their forever home in heaven.
