It’s the week before Christmas, and here at New Vision for Life there’s lots of prep happening for the next week. Between buying gifts, hanging tinsel, making paper snowflakes and singing Christmas songs, the Christmas spirit is in full swing. Amidst all the festivities, I keep being reminded of what this holiday represents; because of the gift of Jesus’ birth we have hope and the promise of a future far better than what this world has to offer. I’m so thankful to have that promise to cling to for my own life, and for the lives of each of these children.
