It appears that the Russians are preparing for a major military offensive in eastern Ukraine. It’s a bit uncertain where the brunt of the attack will be and what it will look like; however, we are preparing accordingly. We staged several teams in southeastern Ukraine to be able to respond quickly if the current fighting gets worse.
In the meantime, we are transporting food and humanitarian supplies into eastern Ukraine and then evacuating people from eastern Ukraine to western Ukraine or to the Polish border.
Today we had three vans bring thirty-three people from south-eastern Ukraine to western Ukraine, and tomorrow those vans will be loading up with food and returning to the same location.
Our next objective will be to continue moving more people, unless some higher priority needs come up.
Pray that we would be able to discern which needs to pursue and which needs to let go.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who is coming behind us by praying and supporting the work here. We wouldn’t be able to do this by ourselves. Your prayers and donations are making a huge difference.
