A story that goes to show that even a child can understand salvation—and sometimes even better. We evacuated a family of three, and on the way out, Leonid, our chaplain, asked the 12-year-old girl, “Are you a sinner or are you righteous?” The girl answered with, “I’m righteous.” Then Leonid asked, “Why?” She said, “Because Jesus died for me and made me clean,” which is so true. Now, I’m not sure if Leonid had already preached to them or not, but the child still understood what Jesus did for us.

Life in Ukraine; A Volunteer’s Perspective
Since I’ve been here in Ukraine, I’ve seen that life here is a lot about managing expectations. What do I mean by that? Around here,
