Right now God’s call for me is to be here, singing the ABC song, cleaning cuts, teaching English, giving a hug, that’s what my simple obedience looks like. I have no idea where any of these kids will be in a year from now, and sometimes that makes me really sad, and I wonder what the point of all this is, are we making an impact? But for right now I’m called to be here with them and to show them Jesus’ love, and I pray that the seeds sown will someday bear fruit.
