Team Update

The last several days we made food parcels and did several food distributions close to the front lines.

We also had a meeting with the emergency services people that are doing medical rescue operations and moving food into some of the hottest areas of the fighting in the Donbas region. We also met with a church that is needing more support to sustain the operations they have been doing.

The need to support these Ukrainian individuals, organizations, and churches is huge. Many people are doing what they can with the resources they have. One of our goals is to support the local people as much as possible; and then step into the gap and do some of the work ourselves, where the Ukrainians are not able to keep up.

The fighting is still intense; however, we are seeing Ukraine settle into a new normal. It’s challenging for the people, but everyday life is adjusting to the war and continuing on.
