We are officially moving from the scouting phase into direct action on the ground!
Our initial team members have just landed in Nepal to begin hands-on operations. While continuing rainfall has caused some slight delays in our starting timeline. We are transitioning from assessing and planning to executing the actual work—deploying teams to dig out buried homes and clear debris alongside the local community in Belkotgadhi. 
Despite the weather challenges, our cleanup objective remains clear: to help as many families as possible take the first critical steps toward rebuilding their lives.
