This is Eduard & Ella. They are an engaged Ukrainian couple, who initially came to our team as translators.

Since then, they have transitioned to handling the incoming phone calls from people requesting food and other supplies. They field the many phone calls and messages, enter all the information onto a dashboard, and then coordinate the supply drops for people making the requests. They are an integral part of our dispatching system and the complex logistics that it involves.

They bring energy, a passion for people, and stability to our team; and in three weeks, they are planning to be married! We are extremely grateful for everything they add to our team!
