12/13/21 Update

UPDATE on Mayfield, KY

This morning we had 3 teams lining up work projects for additional teams that will be joining us. We are targeting tree removals and disposing of them with skid loaders and other heavy equipment. Additional tasks that we are working to accomplish is removing of rubble and tarping house roofs.

Due to the overwhelming number of applications, many of which we have received (good problem), it has been a challenge to respond in a timely manner to volunteers. We are providing transportation for those who need it, getting them over to join the many that have already traveled there themselves. We are grateful to have a number of volunteers scheduled into the new year!

We are having multiple requests from law enforcement and other organizations who want us to manage volunteers and equipment for them. This is quickly turning into a massive project of organizing the approach and sending volunteers and equipment to the right places.

Please pray for us! We are working to develop a system to sustain the demand for needs and the resources that are coming in.
